Sherri Castiglione
Sherri is a semi-professional photographer based on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Beginning her photography journey over 10 years ago, her work focuses on nature and capturing heartfelt scenes and authentic personalities from around the world. With an emphasis on landscape and portrait photography, she’s recently been combining the two to tell layered and emotional driven stories. She is currently working on a photo project that weaves images with her ongoing journey of self exploration.
Sherri will bring you into a workshop rooted in storytelling and curiosity. In her session, you’ll explore how images can express states of being, emotions, and personal values – not just what something looks like, but what it feels like.
Through guided prompts and creative exploration, you’ll learn to use your camera (or phone) as a tool for presence and meaning-making. This is about slowing down, noticing what draws you in, and letting your photos become visual stories of what matters to you.
No technical experience required! Just curiosity, openness, and a desire to see the world (and yourself) a little differently.
